Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Clerisy Global website, events, and services. By accessing our website, registering for an event, or engaging with Clerisy Global, you agree to these terms.
References to You or Client refer to any individual or organisation accessing the website or participating in Clerisy Global activities. References to We, Us, or Clerisy Global refer to Clerisy Global. Both together are referred to as the Parties.
These terms apply to all confirmations, arrangements, and delivery of services in accordance with applicable laws. Words used in singular or plural form are intended to include both.
Event Programs and Adjustments
Clerisy Global endeavours to deliver all programs, formats, and schedules as described. In some situations, adjustments may be required due to operational or external factors.
Such changes may include updates to speakers, agenda structure, timing, format, dates, or venue, whether in person or virtual. Any material changes will be communicated to registered participants by email.
Where revised dates are not suitable, alternative participation options or arrangements will be offered.
Minor changes, including speaker substitutions or agenda sequencing, do not constitute grounds for claims or reversals.

Cancellation by Client
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to an official Clerisy Global contact.
• Requests received within 48 hours of confirmation, where the event is scheduled at least 30 days ahead, qualify for full participation value to be carried forward.
• Requests received after 48 hours and more than 30 days before the event qualify for partial participation value to be carried forward.
• Requests made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for carry forward or adjustment.
• Non attendance without written notice will be treated as participation forfeiture.
Any carry forward arrangements are valid for a period of six months unless otherwise stated.

Changes or Postponement by Clerisy Global
If an event is postponed due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural events, government restrictions, or unforeseen disruptions, registrations will be moved to a revised date within six months.
If participation on the revised date is not possible, an alternative arrangement will be offered.
If Clerisy Global postpones an event for operational reasons, the same rescheduling or alternative participation approach applies. Where the revised date falls beyond six months, participants may request closure of their registration.
If an event is cancelled entirely, participation commitments will be concluded within 30 business days.
Clerisy Global is not responsible for travel, accommodation, visa arrangements, or related logistics.

Limitation of Responsibility
Clerisy Global is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including business interruption, opportunity loss, or third party claims.
Any responsibility, where applicable, is limited to the value associated with the specific service or event in question, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Privacy and Data Use
By attending a Clerisy Global event, participants acknowledge that photography, video, and audio recording may take place for communication and promotional purposes.
Information collected during registration is used solely for event coordination, communication, and relevant updates. Clerisy Global does not share personal data with unrelated third parties.
Participants who prefer not to appear in promotional materials may notify Clerisy Global in writing prior to the event, subject to reasonable limitations.

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, branding, and documentation produced or shared by Clerisy Global remain the property of the Company.
Materials provided to participants may be used internally for reference purposes only. Copying, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.

External Links
The Clerisy Global website may contain links to third party websites for reference. Clerisy Global does not control or take responsibility for external content.
Approved organisations may link to our website provided the link is accurate, appropriate, and non misleading. Other linking requests must be submitted for review.

Conduct and Professional Environment
Clerisy Global is committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment.
Disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated. Clerisy Global reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate. Such decisions are final.
General Terms
These terms represent the complete understanding between the Client and Clerisy Global.
Any changes must be agreed in writing by both parties.
Official communications will be delivered via email and considered received once sent.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid.
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clerisy Global is legally registered and operates.
